Email Past Inquirers or Guests
This feature enables you to send either individual or multiple emails to any of
your past inquirers or guests as far back as 2006. The emails are personalized
– each recipient is addressed by name.
To send a new email(s):
- Use the boxes to the right of each inquiry to select those vacationers whom you
would like to email.
- Click the "Create Email" link at the top of that column.
- Enter a title such as "Booking for the upcoming 2011 season," "Thank you for your
past interest in our property," or "Have you made your summer vacation plans yet?"
- Compose a short message in the "Email Body" field thanking them for their past interest
in your property, or stating how much you enjoyed having them stay with you last
year, etc. and asking if they have made summer vacation plans yet. Tell them about
any new additions/improvements you’ve made to your property.
- Select any of the following options to be included in your email to them:
- link to your listing
- your listing’s first picture
- 4 months of your calendar displaying your current availability
- Enter any closing remark such as "Best wishes" or "Regards" or "I look forward to
hearing from you," etc.
- Click "Preview" to proofread the email.
- If you would like to make any changes before sending the email, click the "Email
Creation/Edit" tab near the top.
- To send the email, click "Send All" in the upper right.
To view all previous emails you have sent using this feature, click on the "Email
History" tab at the top of the email creation page.
