About Winter Solstice: Sunrise Nature Awareness...Join Barnstable Land Trust to welcome the solstice with a sunrise outdoor experience in nature awareness! Beginning and ending around a fire, the program will provide a peaceful, mindful start to your day by connecting with nature. Led by BLT Executive Director Janet Milkman, a certified mindful outdoor guide, the program involves walking, movement and sitting at the Pogorelc Sanctuary at Barnstable Land Trust Conservation Center. Please dress appropriately (we suggest layers and a blanket) and bring a thermos with a warm drink if you like. Outdoor seats will be provided. Registration is required, and there is a limit of 10 participants.
