About Pound & Pour with PRIDE at Cape Cod Beer!...Melinda Emery is taking over the Cape Cod Beer beer garden for Pound & Pour with Pride!! Get tickets and head to Cape Cod Beer for this hour-long workout class Saturday, June 24th at 11am!

Pound classes consist of drumming, cardio and strength training! With music bumping and elements of yoga and Pilates, this class is truly an hour-long jam session that activates your body and mind! Tickets for the class are $20 and include a complimentary drink ticket to use when the class is over! A cold drink always tastes better after you've earned it!
