Lower Cape TV is pleased to present "In the Light of Hopper" — a new documentary by ARTSLIGHT reporter and filmmaker Johnny Bergmann. Bringing Edward Hopper's paintings to life and connecting the past to the present through interviews with artists, historians and an author, the film explores the different ways in which Hopper's work continues to inspire people to create.

We have an exciting evening planned at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod in South Yarmouth. Join us at 6pm for our fundraising cocktail hour where you will have the opportunity to meet the filmmaker and artists featured in the film! Mingle amidst the artists works as you sip wine and nibble delicous hors d'oeurves prepared by Excutive Chef Joseph Cizynski. Enjoy the screening at 7pm followed by a Q&A session with filmmaker Johnny Bergmann and artists Kenneth Hawkey and Paul Schulenburg!

This virtual tour — a combination of art, history and architecture — takes you on the back roads to view the magical light and hidden vistas where Edward Hopper and wife Josephine painted in the early 1930s.
