About Galetine's Day Pound + Pour at Cape Cod Beer!...Melinda Emery is taking over the Cape Cod Beer taproom for a Galentine's Day Pound + Pour! Register today and head to the taproom for this hour-long workout class Sunday, February 11th at 11am!?

Pound classes consist of drumming, cardio, and strength training! With music bumping and elements of yoga and Pilates, this class is truly an hour-long jam session that activates your body and mind!

Registration for the class is $20 and includes a complimentary drink ticket to use when the class is over! A cold drink always tastes better after you've earned it! Not a beer drinker? No problem! Aside from 20+ beers available behind the bar, we have local wines and ciders, specialty cocktails, and nonalcoholic options!?

PLEASE NOTE: Sticks will be provided for this class, but you must bring your own mat!
