About The Fabiola Mendez Trio - Brewster Meetinghouse Concert Series...Fabiola Méndez is a Puerto Rican cuatrista, singer, composer, and educator that has taken part in a musical movement, crossing over the lines of genres such as folkloric, jazz and Latin and taking the listener on a journey through identities, cultures, and roots.

She is the first graduate from Berklee College of Music to major in the cuatro. She has worked with organizations including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, Celebrity Series of Boston, New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, Fred Rogers Productions, Puerto Rican Arts Alliance of Chicago, Chicago Philharmonic, and the Boston Landmarks Orchestra. She is the recipient of the Quincy Jones Award. Her music has been featured in the Disney film "Beautiful", on PBS Kids, and HBO Max, as well as indie films, jingles, and TV commercials.
