About Cape Symphony to Perform Free Outdoor Concert at National Seashore...Join the Cape Symphony at the Cape Cod National Seashore’s outdoor amphitheater for the fifth Symphony at the Seashore concert on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 7:00 PM. Pre-concert activities for kids and parents will be offered from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM. Admission is free. This family-friendly performance, presented by the National Park Service and the Cape Symphony and sponsored by the Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore and the Music Performance Trust Fund had become a tradition for visitors and locals alike prior to the pandemic, and the Cape Cod National Seashore and Cape Symphony are delighted to bring this event back. The Cape Symphony will be joined by special guest Dawn Derow. Dawn grew up in Eastham and began pursuing her performing career in her childhood. She graduated from the Boston Conservatory with a Bachelor’s in Music, and has performed in New York City and around the world in operas, musicals, and, over the past dozen years, as an award-winning cabaret singer.
