About Town of Barnstable Second Summer Celebration & Fireworks...The Town of Barnstable will celebrate the end of the Summer and the start of Second Summer! With school back in session, cooler nights and warmer water at the beaches, this will be an opportunity for residents to gather and celebrate! The evening will be capped off with a fireworks display over Lewis Bay in Hyannis Harbor. All activities are free and the public is invited.
