About Eastham Celebrates Earth Day...Residents and visitors of Eastham are here for very specific reasons. Most all of them have to do with our appreciation of its unique environment.
The Eastham Chamber of Commerce and the Eastham Rec Department would like everyone in Eastham to observe Earth Day by taking just one hour, 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, on April 22 to clean up a little section of our pride and joy.
It’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3
Put together a team from your friends, school, organizations, business, clubs, neighborhood, non-profits, town offices, or church.
Select one of the locations from the list below and register your name or team name.
Show up at 8 AM on April 22 at your selected location with your team, grab a bucket and checklist and record any litter you pick up. When you are finished return the bucket and any other litter that your team has collected.

Our partner, the Eastham Department of Public Works will pick up the bucket and any other refuse that you collect to weight and properly dispose of your findings. Wear work gloves and dress appropriately for the weather.
