This separate apartment is in a friendly house with a private patio and its own private entrance. The nest is a comfortable walk out basement, dry and clean with plenty of light and warm wood to make it cozy. There is central AC, W/D, and fridge. The well equipped kitchen also has a small dishwasher, and gas range. The brick patio has a gas grill , small herb garden and table with umbrella.
