Great Nantucket house and great location
House was in great condition - very clean and nicely decorated ! Kitchen was fully supplied with everything needed for the week. Great mid-island location - right off of the Surfside bike path and close to Stop & Shop plus a convenient bike rental facility only a 5 minute walk away. Owner was very easy to communicate with and provided comprehensive entry and house operation instructions. The 4 bedrooms had ample closet and bureau storage for clothes and other belongings. The outdoor patio had a high-end gas grill, and beach chairs were available in the shed. Easy off-road parking for 2 cars - plus a convenient outdoor shower. This house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children - I would highly recommend It !!

Surfside Rental
Our family had a great week staying at the "lily pad" House was fully equipped with all the necessities. Loved outdoor shower. Provided nice beach towels and linens. We would definitely come back again

Great Stay! Love the location
We loved the location of this property! Right on the bike path and mid island bus route. The house is also walking distance to Yummy and 45 Surfside which are both great for breakfast & lunch. House was clean, cozy & had everything we needed! Lots of helpful info on how to get around and things to do on the island. Communication with Jeanne was always quick & easy. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!!

Great house right near Surfside beach and quick bike ride to Cisco
This little cottage is quite roomy and comfortable. Lots of spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space and drawers, nice new washing machine, and air conditioning in every room. Nice usable kitchen and a fabulous outdoor shower. This place is a gem - amazing location 7 minute bike ride to town, 10 minutes to Surfside, and 18 minutes to Cisco Beach and Bartlett Farm. Just a great place. The backyard hammock makes it heavenly! show more show less

Very comfortable and convenient
Well located on mid island. House was clean and neat. The basics were available. Nice to have use of washer and dryer. We had to wash and dry all linens and towels that we used, that was a bit out of the ordinary but ok.
