    Hi! My name is Roy Weedon. I own the home and recently completed the building project. I work at Pepper Frazier Real Estate. I loaded up the 3D drawings so you can understand the layout better. The house is super nice inside. I can send you full photos upon request. I want to do a two week, tax free rental for the last two weeks of August. The start day can be flexible.     What is special about this property?
    The location is terrific. Twin Street is a small street on the edge of Town. It's about four blocks from Main Street. The house is brand new, has central air, and many special details. Ask for additional photos.
