Possible opportunity to use JEEP Grand Cherokee with 4WD and 2025 beach access available to rent via separate app during stay if available. Less than a 10 minute bike ride to Steps, Jetties or Childrens Beaches or try stand up yoga at Francis Street Beach-another under 10 minute bike ride.

Cute patio has comfortable seating perfect for casual al fresco dining and grilling. Washer and dryer, flat screen tvs, internet and new outdoor shower summer of 2025. First floor consists of cozy living room, eat in kitchen with sliding glass door to back brick patio and bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two bright and comfortable bedrooms and a full bath with shower/tub combination. Master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has a queen bed and both have AC. Lower level offers comfortable seating and/or sleeping (pull out sofa) with flat screen tv and half bath perfect for teens or young adult children.
