My family rented the "Family Compound On Orange Street" to attend a wedding being held on Nantucket wedding in late October 2022. We had family members from Arizona, Connecticut, Maryland, and Massachusetts. This location worked out perfectly—very comfortable and clean homes a short walk from downtown Nantucket Town. The two separate buildings gave us flexibility and privacy for all those who attended. Cynthia was very responsive to any and all questions.

We stay in lots of short term rentals as we travel quite a but and this property was one of the tops. Cynthia was a great communicator. The home is beautiful and the location is great. The kitchen is nice and large. Beautiful bluestone floors. It has everything you need to cook at home. We usually do breakfast at home and eat out the rest of the time. The Stop and Shop is awesome and only a few minutes away by foot or bike. There is a Cumberland Farms convenience store not even a 1/2 block away. The bedrooms and baths were nicely appointed. We loved having a washer and dryer which is located in the basement. The location is fantastic as it's a short walk to downtown but also close to all the bike paths to the beaches etc. There was nothing we needed. Exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again.

We rented both houses for a long weekend getaway for 13 people and it couldn't have been more perfect. Having the extra space of two houses was wonderful, it could easily have been two families that wanted to be together but also have a little time apart.

Both houses were fully equipped with everything you could need. Easy walk to town and the grocery store. Very clean and the owner was incredibly nice. I would certainly go back and recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed with an 11 person group for a bachelorette weekend and this was the PERFECT spot! Everyone got their own bed, there was plenty of space and bathrooms, and the outdoor seating areas were perfect! Very clean and close to downtown. Cynthia was an excellent host and very responsive/helpful throughout. Highly reccommend!

Visited for Christmas stroll weekend, had a wonderful stay close to town! Check in and check out were simple and easy, would return again

Fall in Nantucket
Nice, updated house in an excellent location, with private back yard and deck. We had a very enjoyable weekend.

House is in an excellent location - close to the bike paths, restaurants, groceries, liquor store and the cutest Cumberland Farms. Recycling had not been taken out by previous tenant, but someone was there to rectify their error minutes after I notified Cynthia, so we couldn't ask for a better solution. Would rent here again!

Cynthia's home was fantastic!
The home was exactly as advertised on VRBO. It is in a perfect location near downtown, but located far back from the main road Orange street so you have some privacy. The property was extremely clean and had tons of amenities that are highlighted online. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was super simple. I would highly recommend her property to other renters as my family and I fully enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Home Away From Home!
So glad we were able to stay at Beautiful Dreamer for our girls getaway. Everything was fantastic and so convenient to everything. We loved walking to various places but having the local bus stop right in front was an added plus. The accommodations were fantastic! You have an adorable cottage that's so well kept and modern yet still has that "Nantucket" style that' that makes you feel right at home. We loved going out but we also loved staying in and playing games around the kitchen table at night. It was truly one of my most memorable and enjoyable vacations and I hope to return some day. show more show less
