This light and bright vaulted ceiling cottage is conveniently located between downtown and mid-island. It is only moments from the beach, Main Street and the grocery store. Hidden from the road by tall hedges, this home is quite private, and the outdoor space adds quite a bit to the living area. There is a back patio with outdoor shower, a gas BBQ, a picnic table, and an additional cafe table with chairs.

First Floor: Enter the front door into a light and spacious dining, living and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and light pine floors. The dining table has seating for four and living area has couches and a small flat screen TV. The kitchen is open with all GE stainless steel appliances. The full bath with tub/shower is right off the kitchen area, with granite counters and a stackable washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a Tempur-pedic Queen size bed with two closets and a built-in window seat.

Second Floor: Stairs lead up to a loft with a daybed and office area. The daybed has two twin mattresses and can either be a Twin bed or pull out the trundle to make it a King size bed.
