Tremendous in Every Way!

We have been coming up to Nantucket for well over 25 years. We've owned homes in Brandt Point, Cliff and Town. This rental made us truly feel at home on the Island. Our stay included strolls to town for dinner, bike rides across the Island and sharing this wonderful Island with friends visiting for the 1st time. The location was great for all of our activities.

1000% BEST RENTAL, DON'T PASS ON THIS ONE!
We don't take leaving reviews lightly, we do so to help others make a decision, just as we benefit from other people's reviews on things. This review will be easy to write, because we were so pleased with the beauty and comfort of the home and the friendly owners! Home was accurately described and then some! High end everything! Beautiful decor inside and out; spacious living areas with comfortable furniture to sit, visit, rest & relax; fantastic open kitchen with everything we needed; perfect en-suite bedrooms for excellent sleep and large bathrooms provided plenty of room for everyone to simultaneously get ready for planned wedding events; great wrap around deck with plenty of outdoor seating...really every single detail was tremendous in every way! Added bonus, the owners were like old friends from the very first communication to any time we had a question, even provided suggestions for restaurants & don't miss things to do! As lovely as Nantucket is, it was nice to have an equally lovely home to stay in. Book this rental now, you won't be disappointed.

Great spot
Property is more geared for large groups than my immediate family, but the house is good. We booked last minute and we're happy with our selection.

Great Week on ACK
The property worked perfect for our group. We were two families of 5. The "bunk room" was perfect for the 4 older kids and they really enjoyed all being together. There was lots of space for all of us to spread out and really enjoy being together! The location is so central - close to town and to beaches so the kids had a lot of freedom which they really enjoyed. The owners could NOT have been nicer and more accommodating and kind. Thanks for a great week!

Annual Nantucket Summer Trip
An awesome trip all around. The house was perfect for hosting kids/teenagers/adults (and infants which we had stay with us for 1-night). Easy walk to town (6-7 minutes to top of town, 10-12 minutes to ferry). Very responsive and hospitable hosts: Eric and Pammy were super helpful on every inquiry we had. The first floor was perfect for hanging out, lounging, and awesome for cooking with extremely large kitchen island and large dining table. All cooking necessities fully available, with gas bbq a step outside. Basement was dry and perfect for guests having their own separate quarters. Master bedroom is huge (and a good "getaway" to get in some quiet reading, yoga, etc.). Two sets of washer/dryer machines was perfect. Upstairs 2nd bedroom sleeps 5 comfortably. 3 minute walk to Something Natural (and oldest house on the island). Easy access to beaches. Thank you again to our hosts: a repeat visit for us is in the making.

Nice to be back to ACK!
Property was accurately listed. The house was extremely clean, nicely furnished, and roomy. For our kids (21, 18, 17) the location close to town worked well. Our family had a great week...would definitely rent again!

Fantastic stay!
This house is such a gem!! It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Eric is such a wonderful host - super communicative and made us feel right at home. The beds were all extremely comfortable and spacious for our group of 14. Can't recommend this house enough!! Thank you Eric!

Beautiful home with great indoor space for a large group and communicative host.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Plenty of room for all guests, large and open common spaces to enjoy the house and each other's company, modern style and amenities, and just a quick walk to all that downtown Nantucket has to offer. Also close to some beautiful biking and running trails by the cliff side. Would definitely rent again! Thank you!

We spent a week here with our four sons and their significant others/wife and grandkids. The house was perfect for the 12 of us. The 5 bedrooms with en-suite baths gave everyone their own space. The first floor open living, dining, kitchen space was perfect for us all to spend time in. We cooked in 4 nights and found the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils and serving pieces that we needed. It is a great location to walk into town. We walked and biked to many of the beaches as well. It is a close walk to Something Natural for great sandwiches and baked goods. The owners are very nice and accommodating.

Eric's one is one of the best houses we've rented in Nantucket. This is the second year in a row we've rented the house. He is super flexible, letting us in a couple of hours early and leave a couple of hours late. Popped in on Sunday to check in on it. House is huge and can fit up to 15 people. We had 11 so it was super spacious. Has everything you would need to survive a week. Can't wait for next year.
