We had a fabulous 2 week stay in this lovely home. Beautiful yard and great location. Only 10 minute walk to town. Amenities nearby. Owner is accommodating and responsive. We will definitely come back to this home. Checks all the boxes!

This home was very comfortable and the perfect home-base. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for the week. Our kids loved having a grassy yard to play and outdoor shower to rinse off after trips to the beach. The location is perfect and allowed us to walk to Wicked Island Bakery and Roastd for pastries and coffee in the mornings, and into town for lunch, dinner and ice cream. Amy was a wonderful host and had excellent communication. We highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay at this property. The home was larger than expected and filled with all of the things we could possibly need during our stay. Everything was first class from the appliances to bedding, furniture and more! Bathrooms were everywhere and the family room was super comfortable to relax in after a long day.

This home sits on a quiet street with a beautiful lawn and flowers climbing up the walls that were photo worthy. The location allowed for a quick walk to town, a big plus, especially when traffic gets crazy. Having your own parking space was key! The two porches were wonderful and grilling an added plus. Though we chose to walk,there were tons of bikes available. We especially appreciated the ability to fit our 11ft. surf fishing rods in a corner of the family room.

Can't wait to go back, in fact, we didnt want to leave this peaceful,beautifully renovated home.

This house is a dream. This was the 3rd year in a row we have stayed here and it couldn't be more perfect. Clean, open, roomy, modern and super comfortable. Just lovely. Easy walk to town and beaches. Great neighborhood. We highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a family wedding and the house was terrific ... beautifully furnished and pristine clean. We all wished the stay was longer. Amy was great to work with and I will highly recommend this gem on Nantucket !

We had a fabulous week in this home. This home was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated with wonderful outside and inside spaces. Great kitchen to cook in and open concept kitchen/dining/living room to entertain. However, we spent most of our time out on the deck and in the fabulous private yard. This is a perfect home for families or couples going together with the first and second floor master suites. The home was very well stocked and even had bikes, beach chairs, etc. The location was perfect with less than 10 minute walk to town and a very quick drive or bike ride to the beaches. There is also a Cumberland Farms, a package store, a bakery and a restaurant right around the corner. This was our first time in Nantucket, and if we go back, we would without a doubt go back to this lovely home. Amy, the owner, was very easy to deal with and easy to get in touch with and responsive to our needs.

Everything about this house served what we were looking for. Clean, spacious, plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to relax, a great kitchen stocked like home, and close enough to town that we could walk or bike with relative ease. Tucked back on a quiet street, yet seconds away from the road into Nantucket town. With all the online listings, it's not easy to sort through and get what you thought you were renting once you're there, but this one fit the bill. Great vacation house.

We had a great vacation in this lovely, clean, well maintained home close to town. The house has a beautiful yard lined with hydrangeas, perfect to play catch and badmitton. Terrific to have two little decks where we could relax and have lunch or enjoy the summer evening. Comfortable furniture and linens. Well stocked with some dvd's, games, and beach equipment. Loved being so close to town- just a 10 minute, enjoyable walk. A nearby sandwich shop and Cumberland Farms made it easy to pick up a sandwich or eggs and milk. Easy access to several bike paths to various beaches. The owner , Amy, was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this house! Thanks Amy, for a wonderful vacation!

Our family of four stayed in this delightful Nantucket cottage, so close to town and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay because we always looked forward to returning to the house in the afternoons after exploring the island. The ease of cooking (indoor and out), relaxing in the comfortable and spacious living room made us feel like we were very at home. Decor is right out of a Pottery Barn magazine. We did not have a car, but the owner was very generous with the many bikes in the cellar and tips on where to shop and eat. Having the AC on a few very hot days was a big bonus. Later in the week we opened the windows and enjoyed the island breeze and birds. Our favorite experiences were bike riding to Steps Beach, Cisco Brewery and Bartlett Farms. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks for a great family vacation!

We LOVED this house and plan to return year after year!!! It is very comfortable with all the amenitites and more. The kitchen is a great place to prepare breakfast, snacks or even a full gourmet dinner. The street is very quiet, and you can walk to town easily in 10-15 minutes.

The property is immaculate and the owner is very responsive and has an on-island handyman for anything that goes awry.

Bedrooms are comfortable. This property is better equipped and cared for than any other property in this price range we have stayed at on the island.

"This is a wonderful house! We rented Five Crowns for 4 weeks this summer. It is well layed out and spacious with really nice furnishings. The kitchen is gourmet,the linens top notch. The house has 4 bathrooms and a nice outdoor shower. The location is perfect, easy walk to town and the Nantucket Bake Shop is around the corner! We have been coming to Nantucket for 16 years and this is our favorite rental. The owner was very easy to work with, we highly recommend this house."

I loved this house. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had a fantastic gourmet kitchen. It was a short and enjoyable walk to town. The house was extremely well maintained. The linens were very comfortable. I would recommend this rental. Amy, the owner, was great to deal with. What can I say... I can't wait to go back.
