This beautiful property is located close to bike paths and NRTA Wave routes and was recently renovated with desirable amenities. The home sleeps 10 people on three floors. Enjoy communal amenities including a heated saltwater pool, children's pool, tennis courts, pickleball court and a new playground.

First Floor: A front entry opens to a spacious living room with a fireplace and connects to a large dining area. The dining area easily accommodates 10 people and opens to the rear deck. The first floor offers an open floor plan with a half bath also on this level.

Second Floor: There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The en suite master offers a king bed, and two bedrooms sharing a full bath (one with two twin beds and the other offering a queen).

Third Floor: Offering a full bathroom, four twin beds and a sitting area, this is the perfect space for peace and quiet.

A minute to the NRTA Wave bus stop, taking you island wide for a $2 ride... and also just a quick second to the bike path on Old South Road, which takes you to all of the bike paths on the island! No need for a car.

The new STEM handicap accessible playground is just up the road, along with the labyrinth, a sports field, and many conservation trails (just in case you get beached out).
