First floor has open kitchen, dining area and living room, bath, master bedroom and guest room. Downstairs (walk out) bath and another bedroom with queen;also 2 daybeds. Cable TV,DVD, VCR, microwave, outdoor grills (propane and charcoal),Kuric coffee maker, outdoor shower, linens included, high speed wireless internet,washer/dryer. 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks, and a canoe. Also an electronic full size keyboard. Just a wonderful summer place. Smoking not permitted.
