Start your Nantucket vacation on the ferry on which you can bring your car if you so desire! In about 2 hours you will arrive at the picturesque Nantucket Island!

The house is located 1 scenic mile from Madaket Beach - a lovely walk with seagrasses and beach cottages on the way. Think ''Summer of 42!'' The house is beautifully situated with land and nature all around. Expansive yard-Great for kids and games! This is a well-appointed home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths - Sleeps 8. The Master Bedroom is ensuite with a full bath. The middle bedroom has 4 bunk beds. Wonderful for kids! And the back bedroom is adorable with 2 twin beds which can be put together if so desired.

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience in the main bathroom. A comfy living room with a new electric fireplace (picture is not updated) has sliding glass doors leading out to a deck which runs the length of the house. There is a patio table and chairs with chaise lounges and a grill on this large deck. And it is also accessible from the master bedroom! The kitchen has recently been refurbished. (These pictures are prior to the refurbishing.)

Situated on the farthest west point of the Island, the sunsets are breathtaking! Be sure to go to the beach around that time! Not to be missed!

Close to the bus route, this lovely home is conveniently located - about 10 minutes from the quaint Nantucket Town which you don't want to miss! Cobblestoned streets, historic sea captains' homes, unique, Nantucket-themed boutiques and quaint and delicious restaurants define the town! And don't miss Nantucket Harbor!

Take a guided bus tour around the island for fascinating points of interest and historical information!

And don't miss the town of Siasconset (Sconset) on the far easterly point of the island! Gorgeous sunrises and beaches there! Along with an awesome lighthouse!

    I have been vacationing on Nantucket for 35 years...and I am as much in love with the island today as I was then!
    I knew that I had to make Nantucket a permanent part of my life so I invested in this wonderful cottage and I would be honored to share this with you!

    What is special about this property?
    The home is very clean, comfortable, cozy and well-appointed. The location is absolutely beautiful with lots of privacy! Large property located very close to the beach -about a ten-minute gorgeous walk! At night you can hear the booming of the ocean as you fall off to sleep. You won't want to leave!

    What is special about your town?
    Nantucket is a quaint, other-worldly island! So much history and so much natural beauty..It doesn't get much better than this!
