The first level family / bunk room features 2 bunk beds. Kids will also love the third floor loft with trundle bed with amazing panoramic views of the ocean and Madaket Bay. The wrap-around decking offers a large outdoor seating area with a large teak table and plenty of chairs, the grill and pleasant views. Ample space in the convenient outdoor shower for a quick wash after returning from Tristam's Beach (private Association beach) only 3/10ths of a mile down the road. Walking distance to Millie's and the NRTA bus stop is just a few steps away. Sea-renity is turn-key Nantucket comfort living and has everything you need to get-a-away.

    Bill purchased Sea-renity 30 years ago. Many summer tenants have returned year after year. Bill is readily accessible should any issue arise. The cottage is carefully maintained and properly cleaned at every turnover by ACKtive cleaning service.

    What is special about this property?
    Two master bedrooms plus other sleeping areas easily accommodates family vacationers comfortably. Close proximity to beaches, Millies, the bike path and the bus stop are all nearby features used by our summer visitors.

    What is special about your town?
    The Historic Town of Nantucket is 7 miles from the cottage allowing visitors a peaceful summer setting located in an established neighborhood of beach houses, with easy access to Town and its lovely shoppes and restaurants.
