Situated between town and Cisco, this classic Nantucket house features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, multiple living areas and many updates in 2023 including a renovated kitchen. The 2 ½ acre property includes multiple spacious yard areas and gardens, a peaceful walking trail, and plenty of parking. The Hummock Pond Road bike path runs right past the house, providing easy access to beautiful south shore beaches, Cisco Brewers, Bartlett’s Farm, 167 Raw, and Miacomet Golf Course and restaurant. The NRTA Wave has a shuttle bus stop a short distance away as well.

Enter the house via a mudroom with laundry and storage, leading to the kitchen which was renovated in the winter of 2022-2023. The kitchen includes new granite counters, refaced cabinets, new floors, and some new appliances. There is access off the kitchen to a side deck with gas grill. Also in the kitchen is a dining table with seating for 8. Off the kitchen on the front of the house are two bedrooms; one with a queen and one with two twins. These bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower off the foyer next to the kitchen. Through the foyer is a comfortable living room with access to the back deck. There is an additional dining area off the side of the living room.
