Recently built three-level home with a large covered-porch and Juliet balcony. Easy access to town, beaches, walking/biking paths and the rest of the island. Firepit, yard, parking, outdoor shower.

There is a private master bedroom & bath with a king bed and twin trundle bed on the top floor & a separate bedroom on the basement level with an adjoining TV room and pullout queen couch. The set-up makes it easy for two couples or two small families to split the house and for both to have their own private spaces.

The living areas are on the first floor. Full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, Sonos sound-system throughout house and porch.

The farmer's porch has a propane fire pit and outdoor seating and a table. We will consider shorter rentals in June and the off-season.

There are 2 properties that share a driveway, but sre completely separate. This home is the front home.
