A private setting at the end of a cul du sac surrounded by 30 acres of woods on 2 sides; one house has living/dining/kitchen downstairs, a smaller kitchen behind, and the master bedroom (king), bath and TV/sitting area upstairs. The other house has 4 BR's (2 queens, 2 twins each with 2 beds), each with own sink in rooom and a shower room and toilet room on each floor. There is a ground level sitting/reading room. There is a washer/dryer room and an outdoor hot and cold shower area. The setting is particularly good for intergenerational families or multiple households. The pool is not fenced in (but the property is) so it is not ideal for small children. Gas and charcoal grills and a wide deck with 2 sets of tables/chairs make for enjoyable outside eating. Very large Cable TV in main living room and TV in king sitting area. front and back yard hammocks as well. Many adirondack chairs and lounge chairs around pool. Bocci, croquet, horseshoes, other games available. Video and book library. Both kitchens well equipped.
