The lower level is a great space with a bedroom, private bath, small living space and kitchenette.

The outdoor space is where you will be spending your time around the pool. You can relax on the chaise lounges around the pool after a day at the beach or just spend the day relaxing at the house!

This location affords the best of both worlds. Set in a small private neighborhood but close to the delightful town of Vineyard Haven. Or if you want, take advantage of the island wide bike and walking paths that are right at the edge of the property. Passes for the wonderful Lamberts Cove Beach are available. Or spend a day at any one of the numerous public beaches.

Note: Owner/Caretaker occupies the guest house on the property.
