In between there is a sitting space, 2 home office desks, and a long dining table all looking out to the lush lawn, garden, deck and pool. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped including a bar at the end near the dining room. The family room on the end has high vaulted ceilings, a TV, books, games, comfy couches and also leads out to the deck and pool. There is a gas fire pit on the deck and plenty of seating. The large backyard is perfect for games of all kinds and is fenced-in. Mature trees surround the property providing privacy on this quite large lot. There is plenty of space for vehicles to park and even a second entrance to the property from another road(see aerial photos) There are two kitchen pantries, and a full laundry room which also has a second full-size refrigerator. You will find the layout of this home to be designed for both ease and comfort. Close to the bike path it is easy to ride into Edgartown.
