When entering the house the open-concept great room w/its 10' wood ceilings, oversized windows, and double glass doors offering sweeping pastoral views immediately welcomes you to this exceptionally comfortable and light-filled home.
The great room's open concept and amenities encourage lively conversations, fun mealtimes, and spending personal time together. You'll find the great room's wet bar amply stocked w/glassware and bar essentials, a sink, and an undercounter fridge.

Tenant's beach and tennis court passes are sold at the Park and Rec's shed at the WT Elementary School, a 3 minute drive from the house.
