We have stayed in this home for two summers now. It is perfect. Secluded yet close to everything. Beach access to Long Point or quick drive to South Beach. Even access to Lamberts Cove Beach (best on the Island). We have had two wonderful experiences and even as the house changed ownership they did not miss a beat! My family and I can not wait to get back for summer #3 at this property.

We made a last minute decision to stay here this Sept and this rental did not disappoint! It's got all the modern conveniences - central air, plenty of baths, big open kitchen, big flat screen tv. The decor was also so very nicely done. The shells on the window treatments were so sweet. Our young kids enjoyed the lagoon at Long Point and we appreciated the short ride to that beach. It's also centrally located on the island. Highly recommend.

We are a family of five and have been staying on the island for years now and this was such a great house. The sleeping space and living space are perfect to accommodate everyone. It is a very clean comfortable and well stocked home. Our only issue is that although it was mid island so you were not driving too far in any which way it was not a great location in terms of biking with the kids. This house was a definite 5-star, just the location was a little disappointing for our family.

We have been going to Martha's Vineyard for 20 years. We have stayed in this house the last 5. I highly recommend this house to rent. As far as location, it is a 10 minute drive to Vineyard Haven, Oaks Bluff, Edgartown, South Beach, Alleys General Store. Long Point is within the neighborhood. Convenient to the airport (3 minutes) which has a great liquor store so you don't have to fight the lines of traffic to Al's Package store, I went her daily to just get ice.

The house itself is beautiful! Modern and up to date, it has an open living area and 2 master bedrooms (one on each floor) which worked out great for us having 2 families. The house is well equipped with a great Weber grill (gas comes from house not bottle so you never run out) and all that you need for cooking. The house is in a very private and quiet setting. The front porch is perfect for your morning coffee.

The homeowners are gracious and accommodating. The realtor who is the contact for the house is always available for any questions or concerns about the house or the island itself. If you are planning a Martha's Vineyard vacation you can't go wrong with this house. show more show less

We have been coming to Martha's Vineyard for 20 years, and this house is one of the nicest. We were 6 adults and 3 teenage girls - a perfect fit. This is definitely the house to rent. Easy to drive to the towns, and great biking.

We had an amazing time staying at the house. The house was practically brand new and was centrally located on the island. Loved the fact that we can just bike out of the very peaceful development and hop on the bike trail. We would recommend this house (especially if you have children).

House was phenomenal. We rented with our 3 small children (ages 4, 2, 2) and had a blast. The house is clean, bright and airy. The furniture is up to date and in excellent condition. 4 nice-sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Kitchen with modern appliances. House is very close to Long Point Beach (10 minutes door-to-door) and situated nicely with access to down and up island towns. We had an incredible week and will come back!
