A PERFECT PLACE FOR A Fun Family Vacation, this Spacious home reveals four large bedrooms and a huge grand room with an uncluttered loft for kids to play on rainy days or an impromptu sleep over as it contains a trundle bed(sleeps 2) and lots of room. Our place offers a private, spacious venue and lots of fresh air in a natural semi secluded tree laden setting. Perfect for families and friends to enjoy. It offers a screened farmers porch and 2 sundecks. There are hardwood floors throughout with 3 baths and that bonus loft. The master wing has a private deck and entrance and a generous master bath. In the center of the house there is bathroom with a bedroom with 2 twin size beds across the hall. Down the hall is the kitchen and a great-room. The Kitchen has been updated with, granite counters and tile flooring, The expansive great-room has two skylights and opens to both the front porch and deck in the back. The home is laid out so all occupants can enjoy some privacy as there are two bedrooms on the opposite end of the great-room with access to a bathroom in the middle. We offer air conditioning in each bedroom, High speed internet. Asking $4200 per week, plus a nonrefundable Cleaning fee of 500 . There is also a Refundable Security Deposit of $500. Our place is rented in July and some August by families that return year after year, but limited weeks are available in June, July and August this year. Book early to get your to purchase your ferry tickets when sales open up in January of 2023 .

    Lambert Cover Hideaway

    The house is very cozy and set back from all action. The layout is very nice and spacious. This is my first time renting this house and I would definitely rent it again. The private beach is very calming and beautiful. The house was well air conditioned and I loved the deck off the bedroom. Drank my tea there every morning because the trees provided enough shade. House was very cleaned and well maintained Will definitely recommend this house.

    Lambert's Cove home

    This home was perfectly suited for 2 families with 2 bedrooms and bathroom in one wing and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the other end of the house. It was spacious, comfortable and close to wonderful Lambert's Cove beach. This house has everything needed for a fabulous Vineyard vacation.

    Rest and relax in this comfy house!

    My husband rented this house with another family. We each have two kids. It was so nice there are two rooms with queen beds and two with two sets of twin beds. This allowed the kids to have a week long sleep over. The boys used one room and the girls another. We all had such a great time at this home. The beach is only a short walk from the house. It is a family beach, such a nice spot to rest and relax. The best part was the outside shower that allowed us all to rinse the sand off before heading into the house. We usually ate breakfast at home, took lunch to the beach, and then went out to dinner. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. There is a dishwasher but when I'm on vacation I use paper. The house is not air conditioned so this was a bit of a drawback, but with the bedroom windows open it cools down well at night. Plus it is in a wooded area so the sun isn't too hot there. Overall, this is a comfy house you can relax in. show more show less

    Great vacation spot

    My family has enjoyed this comfortable rental many times. We always look forward to our return. The layout makes it the perfect house to share with another family. There are bedrooms at each end, with the living space in between. With two decks and a porch, there is plenty of room for everyone. The large yard is set back from a quiet street makes it a great choice for families with kids. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a vacationing family could need. It is a short walk to beautiful Lambert's Cove beach. An all around great choice for a vacation spot! show more show less

    Great Place to Stay

    I've booked this rental house twice over the years - once with family and once with friends - and have been very pleased with the quiet location of it and the short driving proximity to beaches, stores, and restaurants. The spaciousness and amenities of this home are a plus, providing plenty of room for a family or friends to congregate. There are a couple of bedrooms and bathrooms on each end of this home with living space in between, creating enough leeway and variety for sleeping arrangements to really relax and enjoy being there. There is a full kitchen with room to move, and a deck off the back that gets plenty of sun and privacy. Friends of mine who visited there have also returned to rent this house. show more show less

    Long time summer visitors to the Island, we frequently come throughout the year to update, make repairs and improvements to our home away from home.. Many of our tenants return year after year which limits time available to 2 or 3 weeks in prime time so do reserve you time early to ensure you can book the prime weeks.

    What is special about this property?
    We love the woods, and the neighbors are year round, so the area is peaceful and serene. We supply beach toys, outdoor furniture on all three outdoor areas, and games for kids of any age.

    What is special about your town?
    West Tisbury is noted for its culture and cool breezes and especially its private beaches. It is the perfect place to get a taste of everyday Island life.
