We are from Marin, Manhattan, and Martha's Vineyard. We now live year round on the chop and can't believe how lucky we are that we get to be here during the high season with all of our family and friends - but also for the quieter seasons where we are witness to the most beautiful autumns, the dramatic and raw winters, and the bright greens and sun of spring. What is special about this property?
This residence is sophisticated and has been carefully curated; everything is newly acquired. The sheets and towels have been thoughtfully selected, the mattresses specially chosen for comfort. The furniture is contemporary while comfortable with lots of different options for seating and sleeping. Even the light fixtures have been carefully chosen to add an extra layer of refinement to this little treasure of a retreat.
On the keychain to this house is a magical key to a private beach up island called Quansoo so you can relax in a vacation cabin that mirrors the calmness, cleanliness and comfort of a boutique hotel with its own private beach.







What is special about your town?
This special property is located on the part of East Chop Drive which is closed to traffic and is just around the bend from the historical East Chop Light House. Vacationers enjoy walking and biking this park-like setting.

The cabin is a short distance to famous (and some not so famous) beaches, the marina, great restaurants and nightlife. It's an easy walk or bike into town to tour the whimsical ''gingerbread cottages'', attend Illumination Night or for the annual Oak Bluffs fireworks. You can enjoy the peace of the Chop - or you can walk into town (while avoiding the traffic) if you want an ice cream cone on OB's iconic Circuit Ave!
