Includes a state of the art kitchen, dining area, and casual living space with window seats overlooking the sound with views of sailboats and the passing ferry.

The outdoor space is perfectly suited for vacation life, and includes comfortable seating as well as plenty of dining space. A grassy lawn slopes down to a short path leading to the shoreline, where you can enjoy some of the best swimming on the island.
