Lovely, spacious yard (so you're not on top of your neighbors) - property sits on a half-acre, beautifully treed lot, surrounded by Japanese Maples and is partially fenced. Two bedrooms: east bedroom with twin beds and south bedroom with king bed. Smart TVs in each of the rooms.

You may bring your own Linens, if so desired or rent from us (+$250 includes set up and post-washing) or a company, if preferred.

One full bath with tub shower. Very effective, large, split-air conditioning unit keeps the entire cottage cool and comfortable! Outdoor deck with umbrella seating available to enjoy all those summertime meals. Outdoor shower provided for added convenience after a day at the beach.

Easy walk to downtown Vineyard Haven, shops and restaurants, the town library (at the end of the street), Owen Park and the Steamship Authority boats (so no car needed, but there is a driveway for one car if needed). West Chop is minutes away and two blocks away is the Vineyard Haven Yacht Club, alongside a small, public beach. Make lifelong memories and enjoy the wonderful views of the Vineyard Sound at Sunset!
