This is a recently renovated family home - perfect for two couples or a family. Hardwood floors, central air, and everything you need for an island escape!

The layout is open concept with the living room, dining room, and kitchen at the heart of the house and the three bedrooms on either side. The kitchen has a professional range and a large farm sink, plus all of the small appliances you need to have dinner in. The living room is a great space to relax with a large sectional couch and a stash of games and puzzles.

The master bedroom is large and bright with lots of windows and a door leading out to the yard. On the other side of the house are two additional bedrooms. The larger room has a queen bed and dark curtains, perfect for naps. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full-sized bunk bed, comfortable enough for adults or kids. If you're doing the math, the house sleeps 7 adults.

There is a full bathroom, complete with a bathtub, but we highly recommend the spacious outdoor shower. The shower also has a spray hose for rinsing off your feet after the beach. The backyard is private with a large deck and an outdoor table. The grassy yard wraps around three sides of the house, and the two-person hammock begs you to nap or read in it. The yard is lovely, but chances are you'll spend more time at the beach! It's only half a mile (10-minute walk) to both the local beach and downtown Vineyard Haven. In fact, it's only half a mile (10-minute walk or 3-minute drive) to the ferry!

Our street is in a quiet, residential, family area in the Vineyard Haven neighborhood of Tisbury. We live in this house year-round and have worked hard to make it as warm and comfortable as possible. We take pride in our home and we hope you find it as welcoming as we do. read more show less
