We enjoyed our 4 day stay very much. Plenty of room for our party of 4 to spread out and relax. We were there for a wedding in Edgartown, and this was perfect. We cooked a couple times and grilled once, and every single thing we needed was there and then some. We'd definitely recommend, and would stay again for sure.

We just spent a week on Martha's Vineyard for the first time and absolutely loved it. This home was exactly as it was described in the listing and more. The owners have really thought of everything and we felt very welcome. The house is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in and relaxing on the patio as much as we did eating out and the kitchen was better equipped than our own! The location is great - quick walk to the town center- and if you don't feel like venturing out, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset at the end of the street. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we have already booked another week for next year. The owners are super responsive and great to deal with.

The trash collection procedure was a little confusing.
One more half bathroom would have been useful.

This home was ideal for a family of four - nicely decorated and well thought through as a rental property, with everything you might need and some things even better than at home; good easy location, even to get into Vineyard Haven on foot. The games room downstairs was an added bonus for any idle moments. Setting really nice with Tashmoo only a few minutes walk away (beautiful at sunset) and public tennis courts so close. We appreciated our welcome package of wine and a gift card for a local breakfast establishment. We loved our week here.

This was our second year renting this home. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities are awesome. Lots of space for friends and family to get the down time they are craving between island adventures. The updates to the kitchen and back patio make dining in great! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful visit to Martha's Vineyard! We enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was convenient, the home was very spacious, and we had everything we needed! We had plenty of room for our family of 7. The home owners were very kind and quick to respond to any and all of our questions. They provided information for anything we would need in the home. Our kids really enjoyed the games and movies that were in the house for us to use. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone planning a visit. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

Beautiful home with renovated kitchen, was perfect for our family of 5. This house could easily accommodate two families. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need to cook at home. Large outdoor patio with grill, table and additional outdoor seating and a hammock for relaxing. The basement was great for the kids with games, ping ping and even a basketball game. Down the street was a fishing/ boating dock. The house was close to downtown Vineyard Haven with shopping and restaurants. Great rental!

We LOVED our time at this beautiful home (the pictures, while great, don't even do it justice)!! It was well appointed, well decorated, well stocked, clean, beautifully updated and a great size. We especially appreciated the owners communication, recommendations, and thoughtfulness. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This is our 4th or possibly 5th year renting [this home]! I've lost count! The house is charming, roomy, and peaceful. Plus the brand-new kitchen is to die for. Minutes away from the heart of town with lots of great shops, the Black Dog Tavern, beaches, and VH Ferry Terminal. House is packed with essentials and more. The owners think of everything to make your visit seamless. Feel free to bring items and pay it forward though. Can't wait for summer of 2021!

Was so lucky to find this house three weeks prior to my vacation time. The prospective tenant had to cancel probably due to Covid and I was fortunate to snatch it quickly as I saw it listed.

This home is beautiful,very neat and clean and beautifully decorated, felt like home to home! Plenty space, great kitchen, well equipped with lovely appliances. We loved the outdoor shower and patio, plus outdoor deck off the kitchen /dining area.

Nice quiet setting and great neighbors that we enjoyed chit chatting with.

Very good location to Vineyard Haven, we did drive but you could bike or walk.

We've stayed here for the past 10 years, and look forward to returning. The living areas are spacious, with two seating areas for adults and children. The kitchen is well equipped and maintained; the dining area small, but it looks out on the deck with a barbecue, so it seems much larger. Because Vineyard summers have grown warmer, the AC is essential, and works well. It's zoned so grandparents can have the first floor master and our children and grandchildren have second floor. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the quiet neighborhood, the walk into Vineyard Haven and the morning coffee at the Black Dog! Our kids headed off to a beach every morning, were back in time for lunch. The town of Vineyard Haven has many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, but avoids the crowds and tourists of Edgartown. It's a great area for bike riders, walkers, and beach lovers.

We stayed at this house for four nights total. The house is as close to perfect as we could have asked for. We had family from England come to visit for nine days, so we decided to break up their visIt by staying a few nights on the Vineyard. While searching for rentals to stay at, we came across this house. As soon as we saw it, and as soon as we spoke to the owners of the property to ask them some questions, we knew this was the perfect fit.

The house is a 2-3 minute drive from Vineyard Haven where the ferry arrived. The house is the perfect location. It is in a quiet little neighborhood, but less then a mile walk to the hustle and bustle of the main street, where a great selection of shops and restaurants are located. We had nine people stay in the house, and we could have easily have fit a couple more without it being over crowded. The decor and design of the house was very peaceful, an easy place to relax. The outdoor shower was a big bonus also. In the house, were a selection of games and activities for the children to do, such as ping pong, basketball etc. Also, just a stone throw from the house are tennis courts that we were able to use. Beyond that is a lake, which was great to walk to in the evening.

This was our first time staying overnight on the Vineyard, and we are already looking at staying here in the winter. We couldn't be more happier with this house, and also the easy and wonderful experience we had with the owners!!!

We really enjoyed our time for a long weekend during the off-season. This cozy, well-stocked, charming home reminded us of the home we used to have on island. It is nicely located, comfortable, and a good size when traveling with less than our extended family. Looking forward to returning, and Tom made it so very easy to book even at the last minute.

This house is perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy their vacation. It has so much room to enjoy yourself no matter what you prefer to do. The neighborhood is peaceful and tranquil. Also, you can enjoy the tennis court and marina within walking distance. Look no further -- this is the place you want to spend your vacation!

Very nice, cozy yet still spacious. There were just the two of us, but it could easily accommodate 6+ people without getting crowded. Convenient to town, but far enough away to feel relatively secluded. Booking with the owner Tom was easy and he provided plenty of info both prior to arrival and in-home via brochures, etc. Home is very well kept up, clean, and has all the items needed to cook, etc. We were very happy with our experience, and would recommend it to anyone.
