We greatly enjoyed our week at Karen and Matt's home on Martha's Vineyard. The home was clean, well cared for and had all the amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Loved that it was walking distance to a great bakery and close to downtown Vineyard Haven, a fun spot to grab dinner or stroll.

We had a great stay in this cute house! Nice outside shower and cute sitting area. Bedrooms nice size. Very clean! Owners were friendly and responsive.

We would recommend renting this property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the house. The house was adorable, and immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the outdoor area was great for grilling (and had a perfect enclosed outdoor shower).

The owners were extremely responsive to our various questions throughout the week, and gave us some great ideas for beaches and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the yard, and the patio area was private and quiet.

We will definitely stay again during our next trip to MV. Five stars! show more show less

We were apprehensive about out annual trip to MV for obvious reasons. Karen was responsive to all of our questions/concerns about cleaning protocols for the house and kept us up to date on MA and MV closures, openings, guidelines, etc.

The house was exactly as advertised, plenty of common and private space, GREAT location, amenities, etc. We typically stay in OB or West Tisbury, but hoping this property is available for our 2021 stay.

From first correspondence to the very last everything was perfect. Karen and Matt are wonderful hosts... very responsive and helpful. The home was immaculate (especially with what's going on today). The home had everything you could possibly need (they thought of it all). Everyone loved the outdoor shower! We can't wait to stay here again. Our family of 4 had been home since March in our normally ample NYC apartment. We found this gem of a house (and owner!) and all the ducks just lined up from getting a last minute ferry to everything in the house being well stocked--beyond our experiences of other homes up and down the East Coast.

The house was extremely clean, well laid out and we all had room to work, study and relax. AC works well if you run warm like we do and there are fans in every room. The house is well landscaped and the backyard and front yard were used by the kids to explore or my husband and I often took our laptops outside. It was just perfect. Close to a lot of options for food, shopping and water activities--we would stop work late afternoon in time to go SUP boarding or kayaking and then grab dinner to go back on our way to the house.

The house was conveniently situated to the inbound ferry we took from Woods Hole and also to the Oak Bluffs on our return. We visited most corners of the island. Up the street from the house was a full grocery, pizza, pie store, miniature golf with a casual grill/ice cream and the day we were there, a food truck in the back--all of these were within walking distance. The owners made contact easy especially considering our last minute arrival and we would love to rent with them again and this house in the future. This house is in a very convenient location and in a quiet neighborhood. You could walk to Cronigs or the Black Dog bakery. The house was very clean and each bedroom had a newer mattress and had every creature comfort you would want. All the appliances were newer worked well. I will definitely stay here again.

We arrived to an immaculate house with plenty of instructions on operating the wifi, televisions and central air conditioning. The house was well stocked with everything you would need and surpassed our expectations. The house is every bit as beautiful as the photos suggest. My family and I absolutely loved this vacation home. The house had lots of space and was in a ideal location. The owners were very responsive from the day I booked the property. You will not be disappointed.
