Wonderful, contemporary, passive-solar home designed and built by the renowned Island architect James Weisman -- An architect that was a protege of the iconic 20th-century architect, Louis Kahn.
This home features three floors of interesting architecture with many unique spaces to discover, along with areas to relax, including a highly unique, indoor-outdoor shower located in the greenhouse on the second floor.

Four bedrooms, three with queen-sized beds and one with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms, one on the second floor and one on the third floor. The living room has a 42 inch TCL Roku TV, and a Blue Ray DVD player.

The lengthy backyard feels like a rural location rather than being right in town and is an ideal place for the family to have a gloriously fun vacation.

The house is a short distance to the beach and village on the tree-lined streets to coffee shops, cafes, unique shopping, a child-friendly library, several fabulous restaurants, ice cream parlors, a movie theater, a playhouse, and a health club with an indoor pool.

Greenhouse and Crow's Nest on the roof offer a beautiful bird's eye view out over the town.

Pets are considered for an additional fee. Rates do not include state and local taxes.

Be careful with young children on balconies. (fall risk)

Weekly Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
