Perfect Location, Charming Home, Perfect!!!

This house is truly a hidden gem. We wanted to stay close to the ferry and town but also wanted a little bit of privacy, and this really hit the mark. So close to town we were able to walk to shops and restaurants every night but after a short walk were back on our quiet street with great water views.

The house itself is immaculate, very well kept. Great backyard with a big porch for grilling and enjoying the Vineyard weather. We really enjoyed this rental and it will be at the top of our list if we get back!! show more show less

We have owned this Cottage since 2010. It is a wonderful location and easy walk to town. Cottage has partial water views of the Lagoon. Has only been rented a few weeks over the years.

What is special about this property?
Built in 1925, this Cottage was a Sears Kit house. It has been updated over the years. Has a huge private backyard & decl great for grilling and relaxing.
