We enjoyed a great, fun, comfortable stay. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The layout was great for our family — our kids enjoyed having their own space on the second floor, complete with their own bathroom, mini-refrigerator, and sitting area. In addition, both first floor bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We were able to make good use of the kitchen and laundry, too.

Communication from the homeowner was excellent, timely, and thorough. Lots of great suggestions and recommendations.

The location was perfect for us. Quick walk into town and to the town beach. Easy access by car to the rest of the island. Don't forget the Friday lobster rolls from Grace Church!

We felt very welcome here; it felt like visiting family. Ms. Webb seemed to have thought of everything. We appreciated the detailed information she sent us before we arrived - about everything from the appliances in the kitchen to the beach gear in the basement. She was very quick about answering our emails and returning the security deposit. She kept us updated on events happening the week we there - including the fireworks show, which was postponed to our week.

We're glad we stayed here, rather than a hotel. Being able to cook dinner at home helped our budget, and being able to lounge on the back porch, check out the library, and break out the Scrabble board made us feel at home.

The house's location is incredibly convenient if you want to ride the bus; you really don't need a car if you're staying here.

It's a cozy place to vacation with all the comforts of home. It is so relaxing sitting on the back deck sipping tea or coffee in the early morning listening to the sound of the steamship horn in the distance. The surrounding trees embrace the home with privacy. The provided bicycles allows for outdoor cardio exercise at any time. I love the proximity to Main Street, where I can run over and pick up a frozen yogurt or walk to Christ Church and participate in the Lobster Fest on Fridays.This house is maintained with care. Our stay was great. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The beds were all very comfortable. We had everything we needed.

After much searching, we settled on this lovely Cape house in Vineyard Haven. The owner was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. It was affordable and offered ample space for a young family of 4 and 2 old folks to share. The home was stocked with starter essentials, in case you forgot to bring something. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a wonderful old movie theatre and a small town beach. We were so comfortable there.........we hated to leave. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a delightful vacation on Martha's Vineyard. show more show less

My family stayed at this house last year. Owner is prompt and responsible. Home is perfect for families with children - upstairs serves like a "second apartment" for children. Centrally located - walking distant to town.

The house was adorable...so nautical! and I loved the paintings. We loved 19 Look!

Great nautically themed cottage close to everything in Vineyard Haven, i.e. walking distance to grocery stores, Main shopping streets, mini golf, water sports. small beach. Also at the intersection for road travel to Oak Bluffs and up island. Upstairs in almost a separate apartment, which we used for teens. Deck is great for outside gas grilling and eating.
