There are four bedrooms. The primary is located on the first floor and has an ensuite bathroom, with a soaking tub, glass shower and double vanity. Additionally, this room has a walk-in closet, water views, and a private entrance to the deck.

The second bedroom is on the second floor and has an ensuite bathroom and an additional lounge loft space.

The loft is a perfect spot for relaxing with a book or getting some work done.

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the lower level and have an additional living area with a TV, shared full bathroom, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the covered patio and enclosed outdoor shower. The laundry room is also on this level.
