Welcome to our tiny house in the town of Oak Bluffs. Your gateway to the island of Martha's Vineyard. We are conveniently located close to both the Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs terminal of the Steamship Authority and have parking available for one vehicle. We are a 15 minute walk to the center of Oak Bluffs where you can enjoy great dining option, beautiful beaches, the Ginger Bread cottages of the historic Campground Meeting Association, pickleball/basketball courts and so much more.

Oak Bluffs is home to fireworks display during Fair week as well as illumination night that same week. Your time on the island doesn't need to stop there. Whether you brought your car over, utilize bicycles you brought, or the vast public transportation that is island wide; the Island is ready for you to explore.

Our property is located at the end of a quiet dirt road. Once here you will see a privacy fenced corner that is tucked under large oak trees. The gate will be your gateway to your getaway. Enter through the fence gate to see a covered porch with rockers and a large granite step to get you up to the porch. In the storage to the left of the gate you will find beach items that you are welcomed to use during your stay. The outdoor space includes a gas grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of shade.

Once inside the front door you will be in the kitchen. Butcher block counter tops, refrigerator/freezer, sunken kitchen sink with butcher block cover to maximize the counter space. The kitchen utilizes an induction cooktop that is stored out of the way above the refrigerator. All the cookware is induction compatible and non-stick. We have also included a Ninja brand oven/air fryer for re-heating prepared meals or baking a piece of fish you got at the Net Result. You will find all of the basics you will need stocked in the cabinets.

Directly through the kitchen you will see a pocket door that opens to an efficient full bathroom. Directly in front of you will be a tasteful, space appropriate floating sink. To the right is a 36'' full size walk in shower with rainbird shower head. To the left is the toilet. The bathroom will be complete with towels and hand soap but please bring your own shower products.

Backing out and heading into the living room you will see a butcherblock countertop that will serve as your dinette space. Two stools are nestled under the bump up and there is space for two. Under the countertop you will see storage solutions for shoes and clothing for you to use during your stay. Looking up you will appreciate the airy vaulted ceiling with massive skylight. The skylight has a built in room darkening shade that can be easily opened and closed as you see fit. On the back wall is a comfy couch and ottoman to wind down on after a long day of exploring. Sitting on the couch you will find an OLED smart tv incase a rain day pops up and Netflix is the solution.

On the wall next to the couch you will see a library ladder tucked out of the way of the living space. When extended you will climb up to the sleeping loft. Climb onto the memory foam queen size bed with comfortable linens. Have a look out of the large egress window. Position the dimmable lighting for reading if you'd like as all of the recessed lighting in the Tiny house are dimmable and adjustable.

The tiny house is heated and cooled with a Mini Split system that is both quiet and powerful. There is also an air circulation (ERV) system to keep the air quality fresh when all of the windows are closed. read more show less
