This gem is walkable to Oak Bluffs ferry. And it's a very short distance to bike path that runs along the island's edge & sands of State Beach and into Edgartown. There is also a great park/playground/tennis & basketball courts (Niantic Park) nearby (another short and pleasant walk). The property is a 20 min walk and 5 minute bike ride to Nomans restaurant.

Enjoy the serene outdoor spaces, including a patio area for outdoor dining and rooftop deck (widow's walk) that features panoramic ocean views!

    We have recently purchased this amazing beachfront haven and are looking to share this vineyard experience with everyone. We have been coming to the Vineyard for several years prior to becoming a part of the Oak Bluffs community. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions about great food spots or fun activities in the area.

    What is special about this property?
    Our property echoes the quintessential feel of Oak Bluffs and is charming with prime location for easy access to downtown Oak Bluffs. You have unique views of the ocean and still tucked away in a welcoming community.

    What is special about your town?
    Oaks Bluffs has great restaurants, stores, and attractions that are family friendly. It is a walkable town with many bike paths that are readily accessible from our home. Nomans is a popular family friendly restaurant with music and dancing on Friday nights in the summer (only a 20 min walk or 5 min bike ride). We are minutes away from Inkwell Beach, downtown Oak Bluffs, and the Oak Bluffs ferry.
