Located in the picturesque Sengekontacket neigborhood, this condo is a 5-minute walk to the serene Sengekontacket Pond. Bring your canoe/kayak and enjoy a relaxing ride on the pond. Please take note that if you plan to rent or bring your own kayak/canoe, there is a provision for securing them at the Sengekontacket Association dock. However, do keep in mind that storage space is limited and allocation is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Tennis courts are also available on the premises.

There are remote-controlled A/C units throughout the home and screened windows if you prefer fresh air to keep you cool. The living room features ample seating and a smart TV. The kitchen features all-new state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, marble island seating, and a formal dining table. Attached to the kitchen and the living room on the first floor is an outdoor deck with two seating areas and a grill, all including covers to protect from the elements. The outdoor furniture is weather resistant, so you don't need to keep it covered throughout your stay, but you may want to keep track of the weather since it takes a couple of hours for the couch to dry after rain. The first-floor bath houses the washer and dryer unit.

On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and master bath. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, large closet, smart television, and portrait window views. The guest bedroom to the right of the stairs features a queen-sized bed, a small closet, and a portrait window. The second-floor bathroom features a state of the art shower, and vanity with storage in the mirror and below the sink.
