The Two Bedroom Two Bathrooms home sleeps 7. There is a Brand New King Bed and Stearns and Foster Mattress(2024) and a Queen Bed as well as 3 twin daybeds.

The house includes a state of the art kitchen with Viking and Sub Zero Appliances. A large expansive deck was renovated in 2022 with Walpole Woodwork chairs and table.

There is direct access to the beach via staircase and there are two moorings in front of the property. The two bathrooms include showers and a tub. There is also an Outdoor Shower off the master bathroom.

Beautifully landscaped with a private driveway to accommodate 6 cars.

    I am a mother of 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren who have spent summers on Marthas Vineyard for over 35 years. The kids have both been campers on island as well as working various jobs. I am an event coordinator on Martha's Vineyard, Boston and Palm Beach County. I am also a realtor both on Marthas Vineyard and Boston, Ma.

    What is special about this property?
    The best thing about this property is that it is in a prime location! It is so well equipped w linens & kitchen dishes ect…that all you need to bring are your clothing and personal items! There is plenty of room to spread out and relax inside or outside while overlooking Oak Bluffs Lagoon and Vineyard Haven Harbor. There has never been a guest or vacationer who hasn't loved this well maintained year-round home.

    What is special about your town?
    Oak Bluffs has a history dating back to the early 1600's. The town boasts beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops and nightly venues that appeal to every generation. The magnificent cottages and tabernacle are a must to walk through. The oldest carousel The Flying Horses is a great place to visit! Water activities of parasailing, jet skiing or a trip fishing/ sailing are a mile away on the Oak Bluffs Harbor.
