This house is bright, airy and perfect for your Vineyard vacation! It is centrally located from all three down-island towns which host beaches, restaurants and the ferry. The backyard features an 8 ft deep heated swimming pool, hot tub, pool bar with TV, pool house with toys and bathroom, huge deck, new grill and fire pit! The finished basement has a shuffleboard table, 65” TV and bar! This house is perfect for multifamily stays, parties and entertaining!

The first floor has a large open floor plan. Kitchen has new appliances island with two stools and 32” TV. It overlooks the backyard, perfect for hosting or keeping an eye on kids!

The living room has couch seating for 8+ and a 75” TV! Indoor dining room table seats 8, the decks also have two tables that seat 6 and 4!

The “office” is semi private off the kitchen, features a desk, a gas fireplace, day bed and 32” TV.

The house features three upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs. All are fully air conditioned! The master with full bathroom also has a day bed for young children if necessary. There are two other bedrooms upstairs that have a shared full bath. One room has a queen bed and the other has three twins (one bunk bed, one stand alone). Downstairs bedroom with private entrance has two twins.
