This Martha’s Vineyard Hideaway is nestled in the desirable Meadow View Farms area of Oak Bluffs, and includes access to the private association tennis courts. Three of the four bedrooms are super-spacious and have king sized beds and sitting areas.

The first floor features an open layout with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area has sectional seating, chairs, and large screen TV. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area. It has a large center prep island/breakfast bar, and plenty of space for cooking. The dining area is just off the kitchen/living areas. There is a screened porch, with a couch and dining table, that is accessible through a door from the kitchen.

The master bedroom, including an en suite private bath, and a bedroom with twin beds are also on the first floor, along with a private office and work area. Upstairs on the second floor, there is a large TV/family room with seating, large screen TV, desk, swivel chair and a sleeping alcove with a king-sized bed, plus a separate bedroom, and a shared bath. Both of the shared bathrooms have been re-tiled and updated.

There's a porch with Adirondack chairs and benches for relaxation. The rear yard features a picnic table, gas grille and hammock and the side yard has Adirondack chairs.

The Meadow View Farms Association tennis courts are just a short walk away from the house. There is a bike path is by the entryway to Meadow View, and Farm Neck Golf Club is nearby.

    A Sublime Gem in The Vineyard

    My wife and I spent one (1) week at this gorgeous property with another couple just after Labor Day this year. What an unexpected surprise!!! Of its 4 bedrooms, 3 would certainly qualify as "Master Suites" - exceptionally spacious and comfortable! The living room and dining room are both oversized, and can easily accommodate 8 adults. The kitchen is bright, welcoming, and fully appointed with every conceivable appliance/utensil. Another HUGE bonus is this house's location - no more than 10 minutes from the downtown areas of Oak Bluffs, Edgartown and Vineyard Haven, and an easy drive to all the beaches. Lastly, we found the owners to be extremely accessible and helpful with any questions we had.

    The house is located in a very private area. The house is deceivingly large compared to the pics and all of the rooms are very big. Comfortable furniture. Really enjoyed spending evenings in the screened in porch.

    ***** Upon pulling up to this house, the most surprising thing you notice is just how big it is. Pictures of the property and interior, as accurate as they are, just don't convey how truly massive and spacious the home is. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms afforded our party of six all the comfort and privacy we needed. The open kitchen-living area was super comfortable for everyone to gather around in to relax and interact. We didn't get to grill but we did enjoy the screened-in porch which gave us the feel of being outdoors without needing bug spray. Location-wise, the neighborhood is safe, quiet, walkable, and just beautiful. Very quick to downtown OB and not far from Edgartown and Vineyard Haven either, or Up Island for that matter. If you're a bicyclist, there's a bike path right on the main road. Marque was a great host, responsive and warm in his communication and just as accommodating as he could be.

    ***** Exceeded expectations. Stayed at the property with family and friends. Not our first time on the Vineyard but our first time all staying in the same space. We were able to check in early, which permitted a few extra hours to unwind and better enjoy the day. The property was better than advertised. Spacious, affordable, clean, private, well-stocked, et cetera. No one in our group had any complaints and we ranged in age from 11 months to 75 years.     We love spending a few weeks each summer in our home and we are happy to rent it to guests when we are not there. As a family of 4 we have traveled extensively in the US, Caribbean, South America and Europe but we find our time on the Vineyard to be the most relaxing.

    What is special about this property?
    We love the three large bedrooms. They have a place to sit, read, and relax when you want to have some privater time away from other guests. There's even a small office in case you need to interrupt your relaxation with work. All four bedrooms have their own air conditioner so everyone is happy with just the right temperature. The house is surrounded by woods in a the quiet Meadow View Farms development. You can walk, jog or ride bikes in the neighborhood without worrying about a lot of traffic. And when you do venture our of the development there's a bicycle path at the entrance.

    What is special about your town?
    The Farm Neck Golf Club is just down the street. Our guests love the course and the cafe. Oak Bluffs is minutes away driving in one direction and Edgartown is not too far in the other direction. We enjoy going to the beach north of the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal (it's about 5 minutes by car) and having meals in the many restaurants in Oak Bluffs and Edgartown.
