Great East Chop (Oak Bluffs) location! One mile to downtown Oak Bluffs, half a mile to world famous East Chop Drive and the East Chop lighthouse, and close to beaches - just 1.5 miles to Inkwell Beach and 1.2 miles to Eastville Beach. East Chop has miles of dirt roads for walking and biking. Oak Bluffs is filled with shops and restaurants, a lively waterfront, and the best nightlife on the island.

The house is situated on a nearly one acre private, wooded lot. If features a large great room (living room, kitchen, dining room) with two skylights, the master bedroom (new queen bed), full bath, and large deck on the second floor. Downstairs are two small bedrooms - one with twin beds, the other with a bunk bed, and another bathroom. There is also a newly rebuilt outside shower. Please note that linens and towels are NOT provided. Pillows and blankets are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a smart TV upstairs and we have Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning (and heat) with mini-splits in the great room and master bedroom. There is also a new washer/dryer downstairs.

Originally built in the early 70s, this is just a basic house, not a luxury hideaway. It’s a fantastic location from which to enjoy all the island has to offer. Great for an active couple or family! Book your stay today!
