This recently built home is located on a quiet Oak Bluffs street that is a short walk to the lagoon and just minutes from the beach and downtown. It’s set up perfectly for families - it comfortably Sleeps 6 with 3 main sleeping areas each equipped with its own bath. CENTRAL AC throughout the house. The open concept chef’s kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area where you can eat at the dining table that looks out to the backyard. For those evening cookouts or morning coffee, the rear deck is perfect for outside relaxing along with the large private backyard. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and use of our beach chairs and kids toys.

For those “working” on vacation, there are two separate workspaces equipped with monitors.

- Situated within a short walk to the Lagoon for swimming, water sports and sunsets.
- Downtown Oak Bluffs and beaches are a leisurely one-mile bike ride or a nice stroll.
