This large living space includes a game area with a pool table, perfect for inclement weather activity. Natural light pours in from floor to ceiling windows, skylights and sliders that lead to a deck and table for al fresco dining. The well-appointed kitchen with granite counters has a bar that seats four and a large dining area. A half bath is also on the main floor.

The upper level is a dedicated master suite including a sitting area and en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a separate glass shower stall. There is a small deck with lounge chairs off the master suite.

The garden level comfortably separates three bedrooms (queen, queen, twin over full bunk beds) and two bathrooms with a bonus full Murphy bed for an overflow of guests. The sliders lead to an enchanting private yard with lush green grounds and the requisite outdoor shower.
