Following Sengekontacket Association's groomed entry road soon leads you to Mourning Dove Way. After turning into the property you are greeted by this meticulously-maintained property's parking area, large yard, and deep wraparound deck.
When entering through the deck's double front sliders you are welcomed by the bright and open great room w/it's cathedral ceiling LR, dining area seating 8, and fully-equipped kitchen. This great room's open concept encourages easy interaction between those in the kitchen, dining area , and LR or outside enjoying the deck!
There are 2 BRs and a full BA on the first floor w/both kitchen and LR access to their rear hallway as well as from the covered side entry porch. The 2-twin BR and full BA are off the hallway, the queen BR is at the far end of the hallway. The queen BR's sliders open to the wraparound section of the deck for occupants' private access to the deck, the side and back yards, and the enclosed outside shower.
On the second floor there is a cathedral-ceilinged, half-wall family/TV room overlooking the LR (when standing up), a full BA off the hallway, and a king BR at the far end of the hallway.

There are 4 smart TVs and 3 Blu-Ray DVD players, both the king and queen BRs have smart TV's .
All bed linens and personal towels and beach towels are provided.
There is Comcast cable TV and wifi throughout the house.
All rooms have individually controlled A/C split systems (except the BAs), allowing their occupants to choose their personal preferences.

The wraparound deck is furnished for both dining and lounging w/its umbrella table seating 6, upright chairs and loungers, and a propane gas grill.
There's a new enclosed outdoor shower on the far/private side of the house for personal bathing and rinsing off your boating and beach gear, there are 6 beach chairs provided.
The front, back, and side yards provide ample room for your kayaks, paddleboards, and beach toys as well as your fun outside games.

A 2-minute bike ride takes you to the bike path system's County Road branch. Separated from roads by a wide grass swath, the paved bike ''path'' joins the island's network of inland and waterside bike paths leading to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and Vineyard Haven and miles of paved paths and dirt trails throughout and bordering the State Forest.
As the property is only a 4-5 minute drive or 10-minute bike ride to waterfront Farm Neck Golf Club everyone welcomes the close proximity to their golf shop and inviting cafe serving delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners both inside and and on the outside patio overlooking the greens. Both the restaurant and golf shop are open to and welcome the public.
Golfers will be especially pleased to learn that calling the morning ahead often rewards you with tee times the following day!
The Vineyard's state-of-the-art YMCA w/it's Olympic Pool, fitness center, numerous classes, and organic food bar is a 6 minute drive, readily reached w/a 15-minute bike path ride or the public bus system. Hop on the bus by flagging them down and hop off whenever or wherever you choose, the bus system runs island-wide.
