Upstairs are three additional, lovely bedrooms and another full bath. On the finished lower level there’s a family room, with plenty of books, games and movies, as well as ping pong, for rainy days. There’s also a guest suite that walks out to a stone patio, with a bedroom, sitting room, and full bath—perfect for guests who would enjoy a bit more privacy.

Linger over your morning coffee, or sip a cocktail on either the farmer’s porch or the two-tiered deck, with glimpses of Lagoon Pond. Fire up the wood-fired pizza oven under the pergola, and make the evening last around the fire pit. We enjoy deeded access to Lagoon Pond, so bring your kayak or canoe and enjoy a paddle! Wash off the beach sand In the outdoor shower. Lovely stone walls, a gurgling pond, and perennial gardens complete this 1.5 acre piece of Paradise.

The main bedroom, lower level guest suite, and one additional bedroom offer queen sized beds. The other two offer two twin beds each. In addition, there’s a day bed in the upstairs loft. Although there are beds for up to eleven people, please note that we limit occupancy to eight, from no more than two different households. Exceptions considered on a limited basis.

This central location is close to all down-island locations, just off Barnes Road, and a stone’s throw to Featherstone Art Center and the outdoor concerts, poetry readings, and art shows and classes offered there. read more show less
